The armchairs are extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the tables extremely reasonable. There you don't get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can in the evening. The staff worked quickly, carefully and in a friendly manner. The food was not the only thing that made people look wide at this inn! In fact, I really enjoy trying new restaurants and looking tirelessly for new places, but I will remain loyal to this inn, and I found the menu to be extremely appealing.

With a view over Bielefeld, you can eat superbly here in a picturesque, historic building. The changing menu always offers new (often regional) specialties of the season. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hygiene measures taken also convinced me - u. a. Disinfectant dispenser and a generous 1.5 meter space between the tables. At the moment there are also culinary highlights from the Algave on the menu - you shouldn't miss them.

Nice restaurant in an old castle. Excellent food, beautiful views of the city. Located at the highest point in the city.

08.2020 | Ate there for the first time, super delicious burger and, according to my wife, a really good bee sting. The corona / hygiene rules have been implemented vigorously. Great staff, delicious food. When we go back, the restaurant will be on the agenda.

Were there in the afternoon, we were looking forward to hearty food ... There was only coffee and cake. Everywhere is only open but there is nowhere in the afternoon only coffee and cake. Unfortunately not like the waiter said on the homepage because there is coffee and cake in the afternoon but not ONLY coffee and cake ..... too bad

Indeed, the restaurant has the potential to become my next favorite restaurant. The restaurant is really tastefully decorated. No cheap decoration, instead everything was very well matched in color. I am happy to come here for my part with my relatives and can rely on being properly cared for. Most of the taste there is a treat. The portions are an appealing and filling league.

Rustic and tasty

Great location! We have already celebrated several family celebrations here. Food tastes great and the staff are nice, friendly and competent. We always like to come.

Very tasteful interior, good quality food and very good prices, excellent service. On a winter Saturday it was busy but still a very relaxing place, ideal for a date too.

I've been there a lot during my studies. Very nice view and in summer a nice beer garden. The kitchen is pretty good. All my reviews are published under my name and can be explained in a personal contact. Furthermore, there are several persons who will confirm this for the described situation.

No French cuisine as indicated .... typically good Westfälisch .... tasty dishes in beautiful surroundings .... Prices for the location adequate .... At the castle often held concerts or knights instead of .... just in the Calendar of events go and find out .... Whether Krimidinner, knights feast or just an ice cream from the kiosk, here is always something .....

It was calm and delicious at the restaurant in the castle. The atmosphere was good.

Sitting in front of empty glasses for an hour. Service is in the corner. Will not be cleared. Nobody comes. Luckily, I was forced here too.

The cake unfortunately looked better than it tasted. Unfortunately only so-so. The cappuccino was unfortunately nothing special either. The service was friendly. The view compensates for some but not everything, it is a shame that a restaurant in such a location no longer offers and does justice to it.

The waffle was great. Café and ice cream were only poor mediocrity. The service was friendly. The outlook makes up for the mixed quality. Uniquely beautiful atmosphere.

Nice location, local food, but inconsistent. Steak I head here was very very small for the price. Servers are helpful and friendly.
